My position is the school should have video cameras in public areas.
It can promote student's security and property.

Use data to prove safety. Percentage of crime.
People would say about having no privacy, but they are only in public area. (In conclusion)

No privacy
Safety - nobody else would come
Security - on money
They are in public space
Useful
Protect public property
