30-Day Challenge


It’s a challenge that people decide to do in 30 days. People are going to choose one thing that they usually don’t do but want to do as a thing to reach in 30 days. It tests if people are perseverant that they can continue doing one thing in 30 days. The thing that people choose to do can be a fitness program, or something that’s fun to do, for example, using 30 minutes a day to read some books. The things shouldn’t be what they always do each day, for example, washing one’s hair everyday in the 30 days. It’s usually something positive and are encouraged to be done.
